First, I would like to say thank you for your interest in getting work done by me. Without the support from people who enjoy my work, I wouldn’t be able to do what I do for a living and I am forever grateful.
My main focus is to give you the best quality tattoo I can by combining your ideas and my style. Ideally, I’d like to work with clients who are looking for larger-scaled projects, and who are open-minded to both my vision and their ideas combined. To give you an idea of how I work as an artist, below is an outline of my process from start to finish. In addition, I am always open to answer any questions you might have.
To start, I need some basic information from you through email to get the process started. If you could respond in correlation with the numbers that would be great.
1. What is your name?
2. Are you local in the Boston area?
3. Have I tattooed you before? If so, what did I do and could you include a picture of the previous work?
4. What were you looking to have done?
5. Please attach a reference picture of something similar; a few pictures would be fine.
6. Please send a picture of the area of the body in which you want the tattoo located. I need this to get a visual of how the piece will be placed, how to design it, if I need to work around another piece, etc.
Booking and Deposits
I am currently working out of Timeless Ink Tattoo in Everett, MA, located at 183 Broadway. Once you have reached me via email and we go over what it is you’re looking to have done, I will have a better understanding as to how much time it will take to complete your piece. I will then have you call the shop directly to schedule this time at 617-544-3783. EVERY tattoo appointment requires a $150.00 deposit. This deposit locks in your spot and guarantees your day and time. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This amount will go towards the total cost of your tattoo, or last sitting of the piece if there are multiple sittings needed. Please give a 48 hour notice if you need to move your appointment to another day. If you don’t, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to leave another deposit in order to book another sitting. Deposits can be made in a few different ways:
1. In person at Timeless Ink Tattoo.
2. Credit card in person/over the phone at 617-544-3783.
3. Venmo, which I use for convention sittings. Once contacted, I will give you my Venmo Username and the deposit can given that way. Convention appointments require a $300.00 deposit and $1000.00 for full day appointments.
Full Day Appointments
I like to work in full day sittings, Monday through Thursday, and also Saturdays on the weekend. I do this to produce the highest quality tattoo for you. I don’t want my clients to feel like I am rushing through their appointment and I definitely don’t want my tattoos to reflect that. I choose certain references for a given tattoo because I feel that it will make the piece stronger or have more flow into it. I will always give my honest advice to clients on what the best approach is to achieve the greatest outcome. Some bigger tattoos like sleeves, half sleeves, etc., will require more than one appointment. Depending on the intricacy or skin condition, it might extend the process of the tattoo as well. Everyone’s skin is different and every tattoo is different; understand that every tattooer works differently and will tackle a project differently. My mission isn’t how fast I can finish the piece, but that the final product in the end is at the best quality. Full day sessions include setting up, drawing, stenciling and the start to your tattoo. I charge $875.00 for a full day sitting, open to close (12pm-8-pm). If your tattoo is not done in this time period, another session will be scheduled 2.5 weeks in-between appointments for healing time.
I layout and draw all artwork the day of the appointment. I do this to keep things between us fresh and so that we can vibe back and forth to see what works and what doesn’t. I put a lot of time, effort, and energy into every piece I do and I do not draw anything prior. I work a lot better spontaneously and am most creative this way. I understand this requires a lot of trust and I wish to build this with you; I only have the best intentions to give you the best tattoo I can produce. I do have in-person consultations to meet and discuss what you’re looking to have done and we can set you up an appointment that day with a required deposit.
The quality of your piece is my number one focus and I try my best to accommodate everyone that would like to collect a piece by me. With that being said, please be open to changes I feel necessary during the design process. I am very proud of what I put on your body and I would rather not make a profit over something I don’t feel one hundred percent confident in.
I feel this explains a lot about how I work, the process, and how to book with me. I am always open to answer any questions you might have, and I very much look forward to working together in the near future!
